Returns offers a 7-days replacement guarantee on all products. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order. An order will be Replaced within 7 days from the delivery date only if the Wrong/Damaged product is delivered.

Products purchased through the Website should be returned new, unused, in their original packaging and with the original invoice and all Product tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted by and may be sent back to you.

All correctly returned Products will be refunded to the original purchaser as a credit to the relevant credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction after deducting the applicable bank charges (if any). If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, please write to us immediately.

All our items pass through a pre-packing quality check; therefore, any physical damage should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package. shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or refuse any such claim that is submitted after 48 hours of receiving the package.

Due to Hygiene and Sanitation purpose, return of Face Mask and other essential products is not acceptable. Return will only be applicable in printing defects and manufacturing defects. Please check details of products while placing order.


1-year warranty includes phone covers only with print-related defects. Physical damage/Wear & tear issues are NOT included in the warranty.
